Julia Sorrell : Textiles

             Julia Sorrell  has been producing, exhibiting and selling textiles since the age of thirteen. She studied Textiles/Embroidery at Goldsmith’s College, London under Contrance Howard where the emphasis was on experimentation based on simple stitchery and sound technique. Julia has many textile works in public and private collections including the Reading Museum and the Constance Howard Collection, Goldsmith’s College of Art.  Recent creations are shown on the next pages:
